Eight Projects, One Compelling Portfolio
Dima built her portfolio from scratch during the program, completing eight hands-on projects that demonstrate her range across scenario-based design, eLearning development, and visual storytelling.

For her flagship project, Dima designed a scenario-based eLearning experience for personal bankers, helping them enhance customer satisfaction by practicing empathy, efficiency, and clarity in real-world interactions.
She used Vyond animation to bring realism and engagement to the learning, then assembled the full experience in Articulate Storyline 360, demonstrating her expertise with the most in-demand tool in the market.
From Portfolio to Remote Specialist
Dima left her teaching job to dedicate herself fully to building her portfolio, completing eight projects along the way.
She stepped into her first Learning & Development Specialist role, fully remote, at Palacio Collaborative.
Now thriving in her role, Dima credits her portfolio and her Academy experience for giving her the foundation to not just land the job, but to feel confident stepping into it.
